We are seeking an experienced tertiar y qualified Vineyard
Manager to manage our company’s vineyards and be
responsible for sustainable vineyard yields through a
scientific led approach to viticulture. This will be achieved
by managing high performance operations teams
through a structure of technical expertise, viticulture
programmes and operations management.
Essential to this role is proven vineyard operations
management experience and strong collaborative
leadership skills gained in a structured organisation.
Experience in new vineyard development will be vital to
the success of this role.
Reporting to the General Manager, Viticulture and
Winemaking, this is an exceptional opportunity for an
outstanding candidate to contribute to the management
and development of high quality vineyards within prime
grape g rowing regions of the Barossa Valley.

Summary of Duties: The primary role of the TAFE
Lecturer is to provide an educational service of
training, assessment and guidance to students in
accordance with relevant training package objectives.
Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of
consultancy services to industry/community clients.
